PATH Scotland provides structured
traineeships for people from black and minority ethnic communities in
partnership with host organisations.
Our goal is to:
Address the under-representation and inequalities of black and minority ethnic
groups in the fields of social housing and social work through the provision of
innovative training and career opportunities for individuals in order to
create a workforce that reflects our diverse communities.
We welcome enquiries
from both organisations and individuals who are interested in being part of the
PATH training scheme.
